Turkey's Brand Firm Silvan Merdane Sanayi A.Ş. merged with Vergili Group in Karabük.

Silvan Merdane Sanayi A.Ş., the brand company of the casting industry, merged with Vergili Group. It has been operating in the casting industry for 62 years and is successful in exporting 95% of the high quality casting products it produces every year. Silvan Industry Joint Stock Company; together with all its administrative, sales and engineering staff, it will now become a Karabük brand with this agreement.

In the coming months, it will continue production in its new facilities to be established in Karabük, together with its casting and machinery equipment. Rafet Vergili conveyed his views about the company; “This is a dream come true. It has become a world brand in the quality casting industry of this country.
