The Vergili Group, whose foundations were laid in the province of Karabük in 1945, incorporated companies such as Veca, Demora, Rana, HBM and Rolmak, within the framework of the agreement made today by Rafet Vergili, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and also the Mayor of Karabük, the brand company of the casting industry, Silvan Merdane Sanayi A. Ş merged with Vergili Group.

Silvan Sanayi Anonim Şirketi, which has been operating in the casting industry for 62 years and has succeeded in exporting 95% of the high quality casting products it produces every year, will now become a Karabük brand with all its administrative, sales and engineering staff.

Rafet Vergili, whose opinions we have received about the company, which will continue production in the new facilities to be established in our province with casting and machinery equipment in the coming months, said: “This is a dream come true. We will become much stronger with the Silvan brand in the roll casting industry, which we have been producing in the province of Karabük for the last five years and have completely eliminated the foreign dependency of our province.
