The requested values are obtained by making chemical analyzes with the optical emission spectrometer device. Ladles from 4 tons to 30 tons are available for casting. With the selected ladles, inoculation and casting are precisely adjusted with thermocouples, and poured into the moulds. After casting into the moulds, the moulds are disassembled according to indicated time on the disassembly tags which are located in front of the moulds.
